C&EN (Chemical & Engineering News) was looking for a fresh and more modern approach to their media kit. I established colors for each category and contrasted those colors against a dark backdrop giving the kit a more modern and professional feel that it didn't have before. The die cut cover and molecular varnish give the kit a tactile and unique finish. The use of icons and info graphics create a visual quick reference to the massive amount of information and data. We did variations to keep the look fresh every year, while keeping the modern look for brand consistency.
